ISPM
15 COMPLIANT |

Effective October 1,
2001, all non-manufactured wood products shipped internationally to
the European Union and other countries must be heat treated to a core
temperature of fifty six degrees Celsius for a minimum of thirty
minutes or fumigated according to NWPCA (National Wood Pallet &
Container Association) standards. This ensures that all
manufacturers of exported, non-manufactured wood, "...are not
the means for introducing new pests to their trading
partners." To indicate compliance, the International
Plant Protection Commission (IPPC) requires that all crates used for
export must bear the international ISPM 15 approved stamp on two
sides of each pallet or container.
Packaging Unlimited Inc. is
IPPC certified and is authorized by NeLMA (Northeastern Lumber
Manufacturers Association) to export crates stamped in compliance
with ISPM 15. Our crates are E.U., China, and Australia
compliant.
